Mitchell L. Payes is the principal of OEHA and an industrial hygiene consultant. He is a registered professional industrial hygienist and routinely provides expert testimony in industrial hygiene, environmental and mold cases. He has worked with both plaintiff and defense law firms. Mr. Payes' expertise is derived from more than 27 years in the industrial hygiene profession in staff positions, management, consulting, research and teaching. He has worked, headed and directed an industrial hygiene department in a company of over 5,000 employees, was on staff at one of Arizona's largest hospitals, held government contracts, presented original research at national conferences, served on the NIOSH faculty and taught at the college level.
