OCCUPATIONAL & ENVIRONMENTAL HYGIENE ASSOCIATES (OEHA) indusrial hygiene professionals have been involved dealing with problems associated with asbestos since the middle 1970's. Our industrial hgyienists can provide you with the necessary asbestos consulting skills and knowledge whether the issues involve regulatory compliance, training, health care facilites, schools, government buildings, industrial facilites, smelters, office buildings or residential dwellings.

OEHA industrial hygienists investigate and survey facilities to determine sources of asbestos damage and potential contamination. OEHA uses asbestos trained and accredited individuals to perform all building inspections and surveys and to obtain bulk samples for testing and analysis in accreditited NVLAP and PAT Program laboratories. Our industrial hygienists measure airborne asbestos prior to, during and/or after abatement work has been performed. OEHA performs all clearance testing.

OEHA provides qualified accredited individuals to prepare specifications for effective abatement of asbestos in buildings. Our industrial hygienists monitor asbestos abatement projects to assure that they are performed properly protecting the bulding owner, occupants and public. OEHA will develop site specific procedures for compliance with OSHA, EPA and state regulations. Our professionals will aid you in implementing both abatement and management in place policies and procedures, employee training and on-going audit programs.
